Manifesto
For a francophone trust layer on open educational resources — explainable indices, public criteria, honest AI assistance.
In brief
Open Education Wallets builds the first brick of a commons: deposit an OER, qualify it with five trust indices (Nutri-score A–E), and make it findable in a public catalogue. No wallet or badges in this MVP.
AI assists — it does not impose a “truth”. Ambiguous cases go to human review. Criteria are versioned and public.
Text
We affirm that trust in open educational resources is earned through clarity: readable licence, complete metadata, freshness, honest partial accessibility, and sources/references without claiming absolute credibility.
We refuse uncontrolled open deposit in the MVP, composite “truth” scores, and any badge or wallet UI. Recognition ready for OB3/VC stays at the level of internal identifiers and events.
